Customers must enable two-factor authentication for logging into their account and trading.
Click “Login” at the top right-hand corner of the page. On the login panel, enter your "Login ID" and "Password“ and click “Login".

You are required to enter a one-time Login Security Code.
If you cannot generate the Login Security Code, you may click the link of "Continue but trading is disabled" to login to your account. You can still view your account information but cannot place order, subscribe IPO and change account settings. -

Open EBSI GO! on your registered device and go to "Personal" page. -

Tap “Generate Security Code” in the "Personal" page.
If "Gerneate Login Security Code" button is not shown, please enable two-factor authentication by registering this device as Secure Login Device. -

Select a Login ID if more than one Login ID have been registered on the same device.
If your Login ID is not on the list, please enable two-factor authentication for your Login ID by registering this device as Secure Login Device. -

A Security Code is generated successfully. -

Go back to the trading platform and enter the Login Security Code to continue login. -
