The Offer of 5 Fee-Waivers for iBond 5 Subscription – Details and the Terms and Conditions:
- The offer of Five Fee-Waivers (the “Offer”) in respect of the iBond 5 subscription is provided by corporations licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong within the Sun Hung Kai Financial group (“SHKF”), and is coordinated by Sun Hung Kai Investment Services Limited (“SHKIS”). The relevant licensed corporations act in their capacity as an agent during the subscription process.
- The Offer is valid from 9 am on 21 Jul 2015 (Tuesday) to 2 pm on 28 Jul 2015 (Tuesday), both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- New and existing clients who successfully subscribed the iBond 5 through SHKF within the Promotion Period will enjoy the Offer of waiving the “Subscription Handling Fee”, “Maturity Redemption Fee”, “Custody Fee”, “Initial Subscription Commission” and “Margin Interest”.
- Maximum Margin Ratio for the iBond 5 subscription is 90%. No margin service will be provided for the iBond 5 subscription with subscription amount over HK$100,000.
- Each client can enjoy the Offer once only.
- The Offer is also applicable to staff and agents of SHKF, but the margin service for the iBond 5 subscription is not applicable to staff and agents of SHKF.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- SHKIS reserves the rights to suspend, modify or terminate the Offer and modify any terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the decision of SHKF shall be final and binding on all clients who participate in the iBond 5 subscription.
- Before making any investment decision, investors should carefully consider their own circumstances, risk tolerance level, investment experience and investment objectives. Investors should not base any of their investment decisions on the Offer alone. If they are in doubt, they should seek independent professional advice.
- If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions in relation to the Offer, the English version shall prevail.
